Sheridan & Justin

Sheridan and Justin's wedding day started off warm and windy on their rural property just outside New Norfolk. I had fun roaming around for rustic bits and pieces to incorporate alongside artistic details, and especially liked the dress just hanging from the Hills Hoist clothesline. Back in Hobart, bagpipes played as Sheridan walked down the garden aisle where Corinda's Cottages set the scene for their ceremony which went off without a hitch before showers threatened to set in. We ducked under cover of nearby gum trees for just enough portraits of the wedding party while light rain fell softly upon us. When it suddenly began bucketing down, we all decided to dash off to Cornelian Bay Boathouse to get the party started a bit sooner than anticipated but as per everyone's expressed wishes! The overcast sky softened hues of distant, rainbow-coloured boathouses, and twilight cast watery reflections of the brightly lit Tasman Bridge on the Derwent River...
